According to the French law, since the first of January 2010, all Companies or Group of Companies with at least 50 employees must either have concluded an agreement or established an action plan related to the employment of elderly workers. In this framework, DG Associés who specialize in conducting professional assessments, propose two types of specific interventions : « Middle Career Assessment » and « Senior Developement Assessment ».

DG Associés have created a new situational exercise for « Area Sales Managers » working in the pharmaceutical industry. In this situational exercise, the candidate has to solve within 2 hours and a half, thirty operational problems representing commercial situations, management and organisation topics, team motivation and internal communication. The candidate manages a team of Medical District Managers and is responsible for deploying on his (her) area the headquarters orientations and objectives.
This new situational exercise is part of the assessment process « Area Sales Manager » which takes place within a day and combines interviews, situational exercises (In Basket « Polyxum », Study Case « Strategic Management ») and questionnaires related to management style.
