The principle
Situational exercise in which the candidate must play the part of an operational manager and solve a number of practical problems in the form of letters, memos, office circulars, etc.
The material :
- A kit for the candidate consisting of a sheet of instructions, a presentation of the company, an organisation chart and a fixed number of problems to deal with.
- A user’s guide consisting of correction grids and calibration standards.
IN TRAY
The principle :
Situational exercise in which the candidate must play the part of a functional manager and, as such, must analyse and deal with business issues, implement an audit, recommend steps to take and draw up an action plan.
The material :
- A kit for the candidate consisting of a sheet of instructions, a presentation of the company and a description of the professional context : information on products and services, market positioning, the competition, technological environment and activity reports.
INTERACTIVE ROLE PLAYING
The principle :
Interpersonal role play in which each candidate, together with other participants, must analyse and deal with a business problem.
The material :
- A kit for the candidate presenting the objectives fixed and the problem to be resolved.
- An evaluation manual consisting of observation forms and scoring grids.
